Need help finding a post about LED lighting

I saw a post a while back by someone who had built a led based light.  I think it had something to do with exposing pictures or something like that.  It was a bunch of leds built on plexiglas.  I've searched but can't find it.  Please let me know if you remember this post.

it was probably a device used to expose pre-sensitised PCB's to UV light if thats any help...
