I cant find the Mark Hammer MXR Phase 100 mods info...

Every thread asking about mods to the MXR phase 100 refers to Mark Hammer mods and searching for them but I cant find a thing other than more references with a search. Does anyone have a direct link to the mods or info about them. Nothing in the archives either. Thanks. BTW - Im planning to work from a GGG board.
