Active filters - what are your thoughts and results if you've incorporated them

Some of the more "exotic " fx builders use  an active Baxandal tonestack in their products.
Like in the coloursound overdriver.



This calls for some experiments.

Nice to have these thing "bult into"a circuit, BUT what's also fantastic, is sticking a decent eq before and after
a dist/od and tweaking away.
You can then get a feel for what the circuit may need as pre/post dist eq shaping ... v- cool
