Breadboard assistance

I was hoping someone would walk through a breadboard layout of Small Bear's Tweak-O. I am trying to do one from the schematic but I'm confused about signal flow and how to make connections. I understand the way the breadboard works but I don't see how to layout the components. I would really appreciate some help.
