The off board wiring for the bsiab2 in www.generalguitargadgets.com only applies to a 3pdt switch. I don't know how to wire it otherwise...and I only have a dpdt...

There is a really good guide on wiring here:

http://www.geofex.com/Article_Folders/wrapper/wrapper.htm

It includes uaing a DPDT switch and a led indicator for power on/off if you want.

Good luck!

I can't find anything useful that can help me wire my bsiab2 with only a dpdt switch...here's a link:

http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/pdf/ggg_bsiab2_lo.pdf

in the layout, pin 2 of the volume pot, goes to the 3pdt...And it's confusing if you only have a dpdt...what to do here???

The simplest DPDT wiring would be to take the yellow wire from the input  socket tip and solder it to the middle pin on one side of the DPDT switch. Solder the red wire which goes to the oupput socket tip to the middle pin on the other side of the DPDT switch. Solder a wire to connect two of the pins on one end of the DPDT switch. This will bypass the BSIAB effect. Solder the green wire from I so that it is connected to the unused pin on the same side as the yellow wire. Solder the blue wire from pin 2 of the volume pot to the last pin.

                               yellow-----------X              X----------------- red

                              green------------X              X-----------------blue

I hope this helps.
