hum from Rocktron Hush when used with Power Supply and Arion Digital Delay

I've got a strange situation that I need some advice and/or help with!

I have a Rocktron Hush noise Suppressor pedal that when I power it from my power supply along with my Arion Digital Delay pedal I get a really bad hum. If I unplug the delay or the hush and power which ever from a battery the hum is gone!  Is this a problem with my power supply, my hush, or my delay? If it's a power problem, is some mod I can do to filter this out?

I'm thinking it's some kind of ground loop hum thing. I can't remember the name brand of my power supply, but it's the one you could get a year or so ago that is 450mA with 5 9vDC outputs (not a pedalpower or DC brick). I'm powering 9 pedals with it though (yes I'm pushing it to it's limits). Any clues??
