Housing 3 effects in one box

I am thinking about housing Rangemaster, Fuzz Face and possibly Univibe in one box.  It is gonna be 3 separate circuit boards - RM and FF run by battery and UV by AC/DC adapter. Is there anything i should be careful about?

- shall i run FF and RM from the same battery ... ?
- shall i connect the grounds of the 3 circuits to the same spot (jack) to avoid ground loops?

has anyone any experience about this?

There are some answers to your questions as far as powering the circuits goes.
For grounding, I haven't done something like this yet, but I would think that connecting all ground leads to one spot should be the way to do it.

You can run the FF and RM off the same battery just fine.  Both of those circuits don't have high consumption, so it should be fine.
