wah Q mod

Hello,

I have a basic crybaby gcb95 i want to mod

I read two ways to mod it for Q control : addind a 50k (or 100k) pot in serie with the 33k resistor, or adding a 1K pot in serie with the inductor

So are these 2 mods affect the sound the same, or what are the differences?

I did the 100k in in series with a 10k, parallel to the inductor.  The effect is quite pronounced.  I did the 1k thing to but didn't like it.

I just built a new wah from scratch and ended up with about 95K in parallel - no Pot.
