I'm currently rebuilding my Cry Baby and I'm using this PCB. http://fuzzcentral.ssguitar.com/axiswah/axiswahlayout.gif Since there is not a power filtering cap on a layout and I think I'll mainly will use 1Spot to powering it up, should I put a power filtering cap between +9V in and ground. I was thinking of using a 47µf cap (because I have some cool colored ones :)).

You don't have to, but better if you want to :icon_biggrin:
IMHO, almost every wall wart nowadays has already one or more filter caps inside.

If you're using battery which provides near perfect DC, it makes no difference.
A good place for a filter capacitor is very near the place the current is being used, at the end of the supply line.
