how can i make pcb's without a laserjet printer

ok, so i dont have a laserjet printer, just an inkjet printer.... is there any method that can work for me without buying a laserjet printer?

You can print layouts on your inkjet and photocopy them to PNP blue or other toner transfer paper.  You just need to find a photocopier where you can feed a single sheet in.  And you'll probably want to run a test copy first to make sure that you get a nice, crisp copy.

oh, that is a good idea, maybe i will try this at fedex/kinkos. 

another question.  if i do this and have them print it onto some glossy photo paper, how long can i let this paper sit before i can transfer it to the copper board?

I can confirm at least with the pnp blue paper this works through a photocopier.  I went to staples and everything worked fine.  They had a special setting on the copier for feeding in photo type or heavy paper, i can't quite remember, ask someone who works there to help you...because i attempted it on the wrong settings and the paper got all mashed up.  I also tried doing the transfer on the photopaper another time and did not have good results, though i know many people here use it and everything comes out fine.
