Easy Buffer?, help please.

hey All,

I have been trying to get my GGG IC buffer to work, but that small board has been a pain for me.
Are there any good buffers maybe on a Perf board? I have not used a perf board for anything yet but have a couple laying around.
There are only 2 ways I would wire it..
after a pcb and right to the output, or in at the input and split the outs to send 2 different ways.

What would be the best way to go about this?
