any difference between CD4066 and MC14066 cmos chips?

Hi,

Is there any difference between a CD4066 and MC14066 except the manufacturer (TI cs. Motorola) ?
Are they interchangeable ?

They're the same.
I think CD4066 is just the generic term for this type of component and versions from different manufacturers will have different prefixes.
