Where to find a parametric EQ project like Boss PQ-4?

I think Mike Burgundy did a project based on the SWR Bass amp parametric.  Should be OK for guitar but you can tweak the frequencies if you like.  I don't recall the bandwidth/Q for the PQ4 but you may wish to tweak that as well.
