After building the Crunch Box from the layout on DIY Fever...(more specifically, from the DIY Layout shown here) -- I was thinking that I don't really need anymore distortion/overdrive boxes...and while this is an awesome circuit with great tones, I just didn't really want to keep dumping money into gain pedals that I didn't really need.  I'm building an SLO Clone, so my cash is kinda tied up at the moment on that...
Off to Home Depot I went to pick up an electrical box, like some guys use, to mount this circuit in.
While browsing the aisle, I saw these slim little plastic boxes that looked pretty decent.  I picked up a normal blank plate for a cover.
The little box was $1.12 and the plate was $0.52 -- which gives me an enclosure for my build for $1.74 after tax.
One thing to note; there was not enough room in the box for a battery to be used as well, but since I always use an adapter, I didn't figure it was a problem for me...but just keep that in mind.
Any of the larger boxes would have been fine, but since this circuit is physically small, I wanted to keep the enclosure small too.
(The entire enclosure is smaller, height/width/length than a Boss pedal)

As for my build - it's exactly as shown on the site...with the exception that I didn't have a 10K Reverse pot for the tone control, so my tone control works backwards.

For some sound clips, scroll down past the pictures.
As for pics, here ya go:

This clip was recorded with a Peavey Wolfgang with EMGs, into the Crunch Box, into a ROG Condor Cab Sim, into an MBOX - recorded with Reaper (www.reaper.fm)

You'll hear me tweak a few knobs here and there during the clip.
