Hello.

I'm replacing the pot on my GCB-95 and I didn't realize what little of the pot's sweep it uses. So I removed the old pot without measuring the resistance at the extremes of the pedal's travel and now I don't know where to set the new pot.

So, for a 100K pot, what range of values do I want to set it for? I realize that some trial and error may be necessary, but I'd like to start off in the right ballpark. (If someone has a Crybaby that they could open up and measure, that'd be awesome.) Thanks.

Also, what kind of lubricant do you guys use for the gear?

Just adjust the pot to your liking. There is no one right way for that.

Use a little dab white lithium grease on the gear.

I'm looking for the values on a stock Crybaby (assuming there's some consistency) so I'm not just stumbling around in the dark.
