Looking for guitar info w/fx

Hopefully someone has seen one of these:
I've got a LesPaul copy, looks like early 70's with built in effects That I was trying to find any info I can on it.
It's got a black plastic plate with on/off volume switch pot, tone pot and speed pot.
It has an in/out of phase switch, built in fuzz, wah, trem and something called "windfall"??
I got it partially working, the jack and battery wiring was all ripped out.
It has a standard 8 pin op amp, clipping diodes and a couple transistors.

Thanks for any info anyone may have, it shouldn't be too hard, just a pain to trace all out etc.
At least it won't be as bad as a Vox I rebuilt with all the electronics stuffed inside the semi hollow body!

I've seen those before but with Univox branding.  There is a great univox site with many schematics, perhaps check there.  They might have what you are looking for.

It seems univox sold these Kay guitars also....hmmm
guess I'll have to draw it out, can't be too hard.
probably needs 'lytics and a good reflow.
