1.5 volt fuzz?

i came across a schematic for the olson new sound fuzz
and was wondering if there are more fuzz circuits out there
running on 1.5 volts?

It seems I posted for help on one of these many years ago here and someone helped me get the wiring straightened out.

  Did a layout for the Sunn Buzz. Built it and tested some different transistors in it. Messed around with the input cap since it sounded extremely thin stock. I remember a sort of big muff style fuzz. Had to get a "AA" bat holder to power it. When I get the chance I'll try to check it out again and give some more detailed info...

1.5V fuzzes can be reasonably loud, strangely enough.

Are you talking 'bout a 2 x AA walkman? Or a FZ-1 with headphones?
