More Cheap Wahs and Stuff

Here's a couple of cheap pedals I found on Ebay, for some reason I couldn't cut and paste a link, so I gave the item numbers.  One is a chromatic tuner that is supposedly true bypass and you can bid on it starting at $40, and the other a wah with metal shell you can bid on for $35 or so:

Hey, is that bright enough for OUTDOOR stage use?   I have the Planet Waves pedal tuner, and while I love it, I can't see it in sunny outdoor gigs.
