2SB56 transistors

I have a few 2SB56 and 2SB54 Toshiba branded transistors I took out of an old radio. Their not very leaky and their gains seem to say "Tonebender", has anyone used these in a bender type of circuit? Perhaps they can be used elsewhere?

I also pulled a 1N60 germ diode...any uses? I like recycling parts!

I have NOS Toshibas, 2sb54, 2sb56, 2sa49, 2sa52, 2sa53, 2sb415, etc.
They sound amazing in any old clone, FF, TB, rangemaster, etc, etc, etc.
