Hi, i got a power supply 220AC/24DC for the neovibe. But with my DMM i get almost 26vDC. So should i try to reduce the voltage just by putting a resistor to the +?

Thanks

Have you measured this with a load attached or did you just plug it in the wall (I assume it's a wall wart?) and register 26V?
If you measured it without a load it's normal for unregulated power supplies to deliver a voltage slightly above their 'normal' output, once more current is drawn the output voltage will go down to 24V.
