I would like to build an optical comp. Have my sights on either a flatline or DOD 280.
Any advantage/disadvantage to either?
Any opinions?

I built the tonepad 280 and I didn't really like it all that much. It gave me a lot of sudden volume drops at pretty inopportune times. The flatline came soon after and I quite like it so far.
