Does this happen to go by a different number, by any chance?  I'm having an interesting time trying to find a source for these, and am beginning to suspect that it has a different, more commonly known part number or equivalent.

Nobody's seen this thing?   ???

It's a standard double opamp with a high slewrate (16-20), made by analog Devices.
Landgraff used the AD711 in some of his stuff, it's the single version of the 712.
Those opamps can be bought in every good shop, if you don't get the AD712 use 2 AD711N instead.

Paul Perry (Frostwave)

Jameco has them, Digikey has them, JDR Microdevices has them.

Cool!  Thanks!  I did stumble across another source along the way as well... http://www.memotronics.com/product?pid=277
