MXR Distortion II - What's it worth?

I just bought this from a local classified ad for £20:

Funny, cos I started a thread on Monday about what to use my newly acquired 741's and a few people suggested a Distortion+ and I'm planning to make one tomorrow. Then this Distortion II turns up fo next to nothing. While I'm gonna be playing the hell out of it over the weekend, I'm likely to sell it on to feed my DIY addiction!

I'm just wondering if anyone knows what it's worth? It's mint, boxed, with manual - just needs a little clean with a damp cloth.

Thanks!

Couldn`t say with any certainty how much it`s worth. As much as someone is prepared to pay for it I suppose. It`s definitely worth more than you paid for it, by a long shot.

There`s currently one on eBay, boxed, manuals etc, with a BIN of £126. Good score.

It's been so long since I played one I forget what it sounds like.
Supposedly not as good as a D+, but I bet with some tweaking and knowledge from this board it could be improved greatly.

Good score. How's it sound?

Haven't had the time to test it other than at the guy's house  - I had a long day and picked this up at the end of it - but tomorrow is playtime!

I love those...Ive had a few, and they're VERY underrated.

Current price here in the US is around $125-$150, though with the box and manual you will get more...probably $150-$200

I've heard people say they sound really good, but I've never played one.
I'd hold on to it, if it were mine. It won't go DOWN in value. Plus, having the box and manual only increases the value.
