ayayay!

Haven't tried it, but it makes perfect sense.  I like it.  So now we have, what, 4 different ways to have true bypass?

-DPDT/3PDT
-Millenium
-Relays
-"VoodooLabs/Stinkfoot"

Seems we have a lot of options.   :icon_biggrin:

I bought the H11F3 to test it some time ago. Haven´t tried it yet.
I think the problem is that the opto fet is not made anymore (not really sure, though), and it´s expensive, and the availability of the 3PDT´s at a reasonable price make this method somewhat redundant...
Try it and tell us how it works!

Isocom H11F3's are available from Rapid in the UK at £1.30 each. I've used them a few times with a dpdt and they are fine.
Very useful isolators, not just for fx bypass. Rapid code is 58-0860.

that was an interesting read for me. thanks. definitely wouldn't say that it's 'redundant'. seems worth keeping in mind. the first thing that i thought of was using this method with a 3pdt for STEREO almost-true-bypass switching. it's getting a bit late, and i haven't wrapped my head around it, but that should work.
Blood, Sweat & Flux. Pedals made with lasers and real wires!
