classic vs buffered mini-booster

is there any audible difference between the two? I don't need the buffered right now but I accidently followed that layout/parts and if I don't have to remove the extra resistors and transistor, then I wont. so... do they sound different?

For me, there's no difference at all. But some people are very conscious of a perceived difference, and usually say they prefer the buffered sound.
