My never ending search for wire...

Thanks for the info guys.  I think im just going to go down to jaycar and see get some of the alarm cable.  It works well enough.  Checking my wire strippers, they say AWG20 = 0.8mm, and is the correct size that i use.  AWG20, as in the wire i just bought, is too thick...Not sure why this is so confusing...thats why im going to a shop and actually LOOK at stuff infront of me
