Ok ... it works, and sounds cool... but sounds different than the soundclips I have heard.
Sounds less "doomy", I guess, really bright maybe?  Cant explain it, but I took some voltages and they dont look right. Mainly Q4
Can you guys take a look and point me in the right direction?

9v battery  = 8.85v

              Voltage     MY READINGS
Q1     C        8.9           8.8
         B        3.7           4.2
         E        3.2           3.3

Q2     C        4.6           3.8
         B        0.9           0.9
E        0.01         230mv (thats all it would read out)

Q3     C        8.9           8.9
         B        4.3           4.3
         E        3.7           3.35

Q4     C        3.7           8.5
         B        4.2           4.3
         E        8.2           3.35

No mods, etc. Q4 is not accidentally reversed...

I appreciate all help! Thanks

Well my simple guess is that Q4 is placed the wrong way around since the Collector and Emitter voltages are inverted.
did you try to flip it around?

Oh i just read that it's not accidently reversed.
Sorry, sure looks like it though.

Did you double check the resistor values?

FuzzAldrin

figured it out.
I guess I had a mix match of trannies and one had different pinout than the others, so...

But, I will try some other trannies with it. Anyone have a favorite?
