I've read on AMZ about Frank Clarke's FET Muff Plus - anyone has a schematic of it?
Or maybe the address of Frank's site?

Mine, using J201, sounds too dark and have not enough distortion...

Do you know which is the actual website of Frank Clarke?

I probably have it. It was just a copy and paste of another JFET stage onto Jack Orman's FET Muff, which I think is exclusive to his CD ROM. I'll check Jack's site.

-Edit: Since the FET Muff is on Jack's CD, I'll say get Jack's schematic and add another stage. Replacing the first transistor with a SHO BS170 is what I would do nowadays.
From AMPAGE:"The FET Muff is a Jack Orman creation, you can easily add another stage for more gain, or maybe a minibooster to replace the first transistor. You can use R.G.'s Muffin Fuzz PCB for the FET Muff. I thought I had removed the schematic from my website, though."
Lots of cascaded JFET things anyway.

LOOOOOOOOOOOOL...i search for "Frank Clarke" on Google, but i found only non-working links...but in my Favorites i have from a long time ago http://www.guitar-pedals-effects.com...on this forum i don't search for him...i have no ideea why...i think i am a little stupid
