What are these?

Awhile back, I picked up a package of (supposedly) 2N2222's from Radio Shack.
There were actually some 2N2222's in there among several other transistors.
Most I know what they are (and are "functional equivalents"  of 2N2222s).
There are some though I can't find any info on.
On the transistors are printed:
1st line: AD20 (the A is a bit graphical, like its the manufacturer's symbol).
2nd line: 60Z (or 6OZ)
3rd line: 604

So, anyone have any info on these?

Thanks

brett

Hi
even if we can't tell you anything, you can measure the hFE on a DMM.  You can probably assume that they are low noise and have a fair Ic rating (300 mA, maybe more).
You can always use them for low leakage diodes in Millenium circuits, or as clipping diodes.

I just checked one of them. Get and hFE of 143.
And...it seems to be a PNP, not an NPN!
At least I couldn't get it to read in the NPN section of my DMM.

Leave it to Radio Shack to give you "top quality" and properly labeled parts ???
