Hi everyone,

I hope this is okay to post this question here, I wasn't sure where to ask it. I know its not a DIY Q... :)

I unfortunately have broken the 4-way mode knob for a Polychorus. It's an Alpha rotary switch, thats all I know about it however as it has no other markings. Here's a couple crappy pictures of removed broken one.

If anyone could help me ID this with a Mouser (or elsewhere) part number, it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

It's a 4-pole, 2 position switch.  Not that helps immensely, but it's start.

Thanks for the help gentlemen. :)

I checked Small Bear and he's got a "mode" switch for a EHX Q-tron, which I believe is also a 4 position switch... I'm guessing that might be the same as this one, I'll drop him a line and see.

Thanks again!

I used one of those to repair a EH worm, and it is a 2p4t switch, and worked well.  It's good to be able to get that stuff, maybe someone could email Steve Daniels what EH pedals it works for sometime, as you wouldn't know either what type of switch it is or what pedals it will work for by the webpage.

Just to confirm in case I need to hunt for another one of these in the future, its a 4 position, 2 pole, 1 deck rotary switch, correct?

Thanks for all the input everyone. :)

Sorry, it is definitely a 2 pole, 4 throw (position) switch.  The Q-tron mode switch has 4 settings, as did the worm I repaired I repaired with the part in question.
