Mutron III - mode switch needed

Does anyone know where to get a replacement mode switch for a Mutron III Auto-Wah?

It looks like a 2 pole 3 position switch soldered on the circuit board, which means its important to get the right one.

It's a single pole 3 position switch mounted on a PC board with  4 pins on one edge and 3 pins on the other.
There are numbers stamped on it: 5708-001 137 7917

Um, no pictures are showing up in your post, but did you try contacting the recommended repair guy on the page Gus linked?  Scroll down to the very bottom of that page, and try emailing the guy to find out whether he has those switches, or whether he can recommend a replacement.
