Quick transistor replacement question.

On the Millenium Bypass, what transistors could I use instead of the BS170 or 2n7000 (OR 2N7002 I think). Only have really general ones =\

i used 2N5457 (check pinout)
  That's a Jfet.
   IIRC there were limits and bias requirements that are different than the Mosfet Millenium.

Hmm thanks, seems like it's quite a common problem. See the thing is is that I have already soldered the other parts when I realized that I didn't have that transistor. I suppose I need to place another order soon anyway  :(

There's a less on there. Always get the parts FIRST. Then solder. Saves wear and tear on your mind.
