BOSS GT3 Repair

I have a problem with my GT3. I tried plugging adaptor in, then LCD and all LED are displayed but effect couldn't run. I also tried pressing pedal but it's not use.Then I turned off and turned on nothing happened. Can u tell me why? I cleaned all PCB as well.
