Part ID help...Fairchild N345AD?

I have about a dozen of these but cannot find anything in the Mouser catalog and Google isn't much help. The part had the Fairchild "F" followed by N345AD and underneath that is RHR460. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

There's a Fairchild RHR460, a diode.  http://datasheet.digchip.com/161/161-14832-0-RHRD460.pdf

A sub might be the MUR460 which seems to be widely available. You'd need to compare datasheets as it's just conjecture on my part.
