Where to buy rubber footpads for a wah build?

What online place has a selection of footpads for wah's?

I bought a BYOC Wah and it arrived with the rubber pad already on it.
I removed the pad and painted the black enclosure green...

I then started thining how cool it would be if I could get a pad that matched my Blue Teese Wah.
The footpad is white on that model.

Any clues?
