I'm new to the DIY pedal thing. I'm glad I stumbled onto this page, I've learned a lot already. The DIY FAQ is a great read, lot's of info. Thanks to everyone who contributed to that source of info. Looking forward to contributing in the near future once I get my feet wet on a few pedals. I have a D'lite Kit under my belt, pedals just seem more fun.

Hey!

Welcome to the list.

Seconding the 'sleepless nights' comments.

Well worth the frustration when it all comes together.

It's even better when people compliment your 'sound' - and ask you to build them one of whatever you've got.

Happiness is a warm etchant bath.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone!

The D'lite kit was a 6v6 Dumble inspired tube amplifier from Brownnote amps. It was a fun build and it also helped me digest the Fetzer Valve conversion to JFET technology. I'm already preparing for my first build.....questions to follow over next few months.
