Vero layout for FET wah output buffer

I need to quickly add a FET buffer to a wah and can't be bothered to etch a PCB just for this. A vero layout of the adjustable wah buffer at Fuzz Central would be ideal - have seen links to it at the old gallery in old posts but can't find it.
