Where do we find listings of complementary transistors ?

Hi everybody,

I am searching:
a internet site;
a catalog;
a PDF
or anything else...
Where there would be a complement suggested for "each (or even some)" number of transistors (NPN - PNP).
Does that exist ?  Or you have to check in each data sheets ?

Does that exist for FETs also ?  (Pch. - Nch.) ?

Yes I've worked with datas from that site.  I am not looking for equivalents, but complementary numbers (as in complementary pair) with basic technical datas (if possible).

I know these three companies have complementary power transistors.

You don't say what you want them complementary for, so I don't know the power level.

I'll check that out.
Power requirements are relatively important for the moment.
It's just that I am trying my hand at some school-texts exercises and would like to try to make them for real:
- That is finding and selecting pairs on "given" requirements.

But I don't see much listings...

Anyway, thank you again.

P.S.: If anybody have other suggestions, you can put it here because I have used the search function and did not find something on the forum (except for given complementary pair).

Maybe I can start with that NTE chart and see what are the equivalent ones ?
Will it be to "broad" or unmatched ?

Toshiba product guide;
I know these three companies have complementary power transistors.

The Toshiba have their complement directly listed in the online chart.
For the others you have to look in the datasheets.
