Old GGG Tubescreamer layout?

Going through my etched PCB drawer and found what I believe is an old GGG Tubescreamer board I had etched sometime ago. Anyone have the layout for the old board (it's wide, 6 ground pads on the upper left hand corner of component side)? If so, I'd be grateful for a copy, as I think I'd like to populate this board at some point. Thanks! Greg
