Are these caps ok to use in effects?

Hi guys,
Found these capacitors on some old circuit boards. Wasn't sure what type they were or if they were good or bad for effect use.

Anyone recognise them?

Plastic film dielectric, used a lot in stompboxes.  A bit more robust when boxed, but perfect otherwise.

Thought they may have something special when i found them, oh well. I put some in a phase 90 i just built and they seem to work ok.
