moding wah into volume, how to remove clic?

i mod my wah to wah/vol using a 3pdt switch, and i have to invert pin 1 and 3 of the pot on the switch to make it work , but it make's a click when changing... anyone know if i could put a resistor or a cap somewhere to prevent the click....

The pulldown resistor is the 1M or so resistor on the input right?

This has previously worked for me to prevent pops.

so i put a 1M resistor directly on the input to the ground? before the signal reach anything..  :icon_question:

It's odd, everytime I do a bypass I haven't "pop" . Are you sure, your connexions on switch  are good ?

Otherwhise , you talk about modify your wha into a volume pedale but you want a wha+ volume or volume only ?

yeah, every connection are good, i never have a "pop" before, but normally i build effect, this time i convert a wah into wah+volume, so i use a 3pdt sw and choose between wah and volume....
