Millenium Bypass, ok with red LED, Yellow LED always on!

Hi

so why is that?, Millenium circuit ( http://i256.photobucket.com/albums/hh174/arma61/1000BP.jpg )

it works with red LED, but  if I change the LED to a yellow one, than it's always on, slightly change (more light) when effect is engaged. I think it has something to do with voltage rating of the yellow one, but  I don't have a clue on how to solve it.

Are you sure that the ONLY change you make is red for yellow and vice versa?

thx RG, yes that's the only thing I've changed, now I've found that if I leave the switch on the table it turns off (99%) and if I touch the switch it turns on (bad contact? my body badly grounded?!), so I've mounted it into the enclosure and it works, at least is very hard to see that it's on when the effect is bypassed.
