Is there a verified current Boss Vibrato VB-2 layout anywhere?

Forgive me if I failed to search hard enough, but the only VB-2 "diy-anything" I can find is a BYOC kit that I'm not even sure exists anymore?

Has anyone over the years created a PCB clone or layout?  Would love to do one of these as a scratch project.

Nothing.. only been seeing the now-defunct BYOC clone as the only DIY alternative.  I've read that the Behringer UV300 is supposed to sound identical but I'm not buying anything Behringer...

Is this the circuit?

This set of instructions has quality photos of the PCB from the BYOC (BA6110 version). This PCB could either be duplicated, or you could use this as a guide to make your own layout.

As a quality alternative, look at Jon Patton's Cardinal V2, he posted a video earlier today.

Thanks - I've seen that scheme, but didn't know if it was the original... was easier to assume I didn't have a valid source.  Thank you.  I would love to be able to do my own layout from the schematic but I'm not quite there yet... I would be more inclined to find a way to duplicate the traceout of the original.. but that's working harder not smarter I think...

I own a Behringer Vibrato, supposedly a clone of the VB2, and I love it. I've tried the TC Shaker and others, and without jumping into the Diamond/Empress Vibrato price range, the Behringer is a super solid pedal. Highly recommended. I just found info on modding it to have a super slow rate, really looking forward to implementing that, gonna rehouse it and make it a bit more durable. I know schems for that circuit are floating around the internet. Check it out.

Does the VB-2 use a sinusoidial or a triangular LFO? (if i m not mistaken, sin lfo's are considered more musical for vibrato pedals whereas triangular supposedely suit chorus pedals better)

I ve modded all my chorus pedals for vibrato, but all of them have a triangular LFO :)

Thanks in advance :)
