Voltages for MXR Dist. +?

Anyone have the voltages for the Dist+?

Just got done with building one (Tonepad layout) and, natch, it does not work.

I have bypass.  l.e.d. works, and the pots work, i.e. volume gets quiet/loud & gain varies - just no sound when effect is on.

Cleaned up some sketchy soldering - could be more.   

Have a couple of other ideas as to what it may be, but wanted to start by checking the voltages.
