Hi all, I'm looking for an headphone amp.

I actually don't care about the sound quality, I need it to amplify a "click" track (I'm not going to use it for music listening).

I need something very small, simple and cheap! Any suggestions?

Thanks!
Sorry for my english :|

You can't go wrong with a LM386. Use the highest power version and (close to) maximum supply voltage for maximum headroom. You can find all the info you need in the datasheet.

The Headbanger works great.  It's stereo but if you don't need that just build half of it.
Here's a photo of one I built.

Hello,

Build yourself a Cmoy headphone amp. Small, simple chip amp that sounds great! Can also be cheap, that will depend on the opamp you choose, just about any common dual should work in there. I've built a bunch of them and tried different opamps, they sound very, very good! Also a great helpful forum at headwize on all things headphone.

No experience with this one but it is based on the LM386 that FiveseveN  mentioned earlier.
