I and probably some others here have used that site. I bought a transformer there that I used to build the Spyder power supply. IIRC, there was nothing bad about the service.  They definitely have some sweet amp stuff.

ahh thankyou guilds100 thats very interesting, its not too disimaler from my current switching method.
ive almost finishing drilling holes for my LED's, need to make some labels up does anybody recommend any methods of doing this? cheers

also heres a picture of my marshall gov'nor with diode switching mods (not finished yet)


i think ill add the diode arrangements to the other end of the board and have some toggle switches for them, what do you think?

Update: started work on the phaser and i have now fitted the footswitches and leds
