I have a rebote 2.5 pedal that has been working fine for a while now.  Today I started having problems with the repeats.  It will only do one repeat no matter where I have the repeat pot set...also when it is all the way up it does no repeats.  I can only think of one thing that could have caused this.    I just finished my valvcaster.  I had my power supply set at about 12 volts for the valvecaster and I plugged the rebote delay into it.  Would 12 volts do something to the ic so that it couldnt function normally?  or should I look somewhere else?

the voltage to the pt2399 goes through a regulator. Not likely that the delay-ic is dead (you get a repeat...).

check elsewhere and do post voltages on all ic's

If it will only do one repeat, then it sounds like your feedback pot is disconnected. I would check the wires around it.
