Shipping IC's

I noticed smallbear always puts some parts in these "static" resistant bags or something. I plan on selling a few IC's in the For sale section soon, can i just ship in the plastic tube or should I ship in a static bag thing?

Both are antic static so it really dosent matter.

If you shipping in one of those padded envelopes the "plastic tube" would probably be better.
