Got TS10 with an intermittant switching problem.
it fails to switch like 1 out of 20 times or hangs up occassionally.
What usually causes it, a failing FET?
switch is good, all pc board connections are good, I'll have to monitor the FETS and see if they're getting signal when it hangs up.

Momentary switch or flipflop is more likely.

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.

Well the switch is fine, there's not much to the flip flop circuit, I'm going through it and replacing the components, the 2 transistors, caps and diodes...this thing is annoying.

In my experience, even when it doesn't seem to be the switch, it often turns out to be----those switch parts are lame.  How do you know it isn't?  Replacing those is cheap, BTW...check ebay.
