Where can you get washers with ground tab?

Does anybody know where to get wahsers with a ground tab for jacks? Like the ones in the pic

you can check digikey ... they have several variations.

or go to your favourite 'store' and search for 'lockwasher terminal lug'

Searched DIGIKEY and MOUSER, they don't have any with hole diameter that's big enough to go around the jack.  Thanks anyway, I used your recommended search phrase.

my mistake for looking at it from my laptop and not scrolling further down the picture to see the arrow, duh!

the only other ones I've been able to find (very different design, more expensive I'm sure if you can actually find them) ...
